1. Scope and statutory rights
This policy covers RemoPilot memberships and upgrade charges. After each payment completed through the seller named at checkout (the merchant of record, currently Waffo Pancake), a buyer may submit a refund request within 14 calendar days through that seller’s buyer support or the Support page. Refund eligibility, amount and handling are governed by that seller’s refund policy, buyer terms and applicable mandatory consumer-protection law; the rule that gives more favorable rights prevails. The entity on the receipt or invoice is the Merchant of Record; existing Paddle and Stripe orders remain with their original payment channel. Free credits, administrative gifts and unpaid entitlements have no cash refund amount.
The 14-calendar-day request window is not shortened based on call count, prior use of the service or satisfaction with AI output. A digital service or prior use does not by itself eliminate statutory withdrawal, refund or other remedy rights.
2. Submitting a request and applicable rules
Submit a refund request through the seller’s buyer support or the Support page within 14 calendar days after payment. First subscriptions, renewals and upgrade charges are assessed separately. Include your login email or account ID, payment date, amount, currency and invoice, receipt or transaction number where available. Eligibility uses the time we receive the request, not the completion date.
Refund eligibility, amount and handling are determined by that seller’s refund policy, buyer terms and applicable mandatory consumer-protection law; the rule that gives more favorable rights prevails. This policy does not impose an additional threshold based on call count, prior use or satisfaction with AI output that shortens the request window.
3. Payments and limits
First-subscription and renewal refunds concern the actual payment for the relevant subscription charge. An upgrade refund concerns the actual upgrade difference and, where applicable, the corresponding previous-plan entitlements. The same payment is not refunded twice. Multiple payments are assessed separately, and total refunds cannot exceed the corresponding actual payments.
Billing-error remedies, service-failure remedies and statutory rights apply independently. Third-party order eligibility, amount and handling continue under sections 1 and 2. Verified fraud or abusive duplicate-account refunds are assessed separately with an explanation, without excluding statutory rights.
4. Duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges
Contact support promptly about duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, renewal charges after a confirmed effective cancellation, or suspected unauthorized payments. After checking invoices, cancellation confirmations and payment records, we refund excess or otherwise refundable amounts. Contact your card issuer as well if payment credentials may have been stolen. Your legal right to dispute a payment does not depend on contacting us first.
5. Service failures and undelivered service
If a RemoPilot fault prevents delivery of a purchased core service, contact support so we can verify the cause, affected period and repair status. If we cannot restore service within a reasonable time, we refund the confirmed undelivered paid period in proportion to the actual payment and period. We provide a full refund when the service was substantially undelivered or law requires it, and explain the calculation and decision.
An offline local machine, missing permissions, an incorrect user command or third-party restrictions do not by themselves establish a service failure. They do not shorten a buyer’s request window or limit remedies under that seller’s policies, buyer terms, applicable law or our own responsibility. Expired unused monthly credits are not automatically converted to cash.
6. Requesting a refund
Submit a refund request through the seller’s buyer support or the Support page within 14 calendar days after payment. Include your login email or account ID, payment date, amount, currency, payment provider invoice, receipt or transaction number, and the payment you want refunded. Do not send complete card numbers, passwords, API keys, machine credentials or full project source. For a fault, provide redacted request IDs, times and necessary error details.
Eligibility uses the time we receive your request, not the completion date. We generally aim to respond within three business days. If more information is needed we explain what is required. For orders we process directly, after approval we normally initiate the refund to the original payment method within five business days, or sooner if mandatory law requires it. That seller executes refunds for its orders; eligibility, amount and timing follow its refund policy, buyer terms and applicable mandatory consumer-protection law, with the more favorable rule prevailing. Bank or provider posting times vary; request a refund reference if the payment does not arrive.
7. Amount and entitlements after refund
A full refund means the amount actually paid for the relevant charge and refundable taxes, rather than the plan’s list price. We do not deduct our payment-processing fees. Exchange-rate changes and independent bank fees follow that institution’s rules. Refunds use the original payment method where possible. We do not require credits or vouchers instead of a legally due cash refund; if the original method is unavailable, we first verify a lawful alternative.
When approving a subscription refund, we explain cancellation, its effective time and the corresponding entitlements to be withdrawn. Independent purchases or grants are assessed separately. Submitting a request does not automatically cancel renewal; use subscription management as well or expressly ask support to help cancel. Refunds, credit adjustments or account changes do not stop or roll back local tasks. Refund handling does not replay tasks or delete original execution records.
8. Review and policy changes
If a refund request is not approved, we explain the specific reason and you may provide more evidence for review. Complaints, consumer remedies and lawful payment disputes remain available. A lawful refund request or payment dispute does not automatically forfeit unrelated entitlements.
The policy supplied at purchase applies to that order. Later changes do not retroactively reduce its refund rights. This page identifies the revision, effective date, operator and contact details. Mandatory law prevails over conflicting policy terms.
